Topping LinkedIn’s 2019 list of needs from employers are creativity, collaboration, persuasion, adaptability, and emotional intelligence—all skills that demonstrate how we work with others and bring new ideas to the table. Soft skills have become the essential interpersonal skills that make or break how successful we are in our jobs, internships, or volunteer experiences. With soft skills development being woven into every lesson, our 8-week program also helps you learn:
