Through our 8-week program in The 5th Academy of Business and Leadership, or with one-on-one coaching, learn how to improve your professional skills. Whether it’s communicating for an interview, meeting on Zoom, or learning necessary soft skills to thrive in the workplace, we’ll help you become the professional you want to be.
In The 5th Academy of Business and Leadership, our 8-12-week entrepreneurship program “The SCENE” will help you start and refine the beginnings of your business idea. Understand the different types of entrepreneurial endeavors, the workings of a business plan, and how to publicly speak to present your business during our comprehensive yet engaging program. *Individual startup business coaching and consulting available.
Being a leader is more than telling people what to do. To be a great leader, you need to understand the “why” of yourself and those around you. The 5th Academy of Business and Leadership’s 8-week program will help you become a better leader for yourself, within your families, in the community, and to the world.
There are many varying opinions about the state of our government. Regardless of those opinions, the government was established to bring order to society. Earn community service hours in our Civic Engagement course as you learn the importance of being civically engaged to help your community. Learn facts about America, its people groups, how laws are established, and how society is shaped to decide what part you will play in society. Learn the importance of giving back whether it’s in your neighborhood or if you’re considering the arena of local or state politics.
Dealing with people on a daily basis is rarely simple. From parents, to bosses, to coworkers, to friends, and especially those we want to date or marry…relationships can be hard. Learn things such as love languages, communication techniques, and conflict resolution to strengthen social bonds whether you participate in a fun interactive course or a one-day workshop.
In a time of sensitive racial and diversity issues, we approach the subject in honest and healthy ways. Learning about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I) is important in order to have healthy relationships in society. The 5th believes in respect and highlighting the beauty of differences. It does not mean compromising one’s beliefs or morals, but we teach how to best understand and continue to love those who may be different from our own respective circles.
